29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph. The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while performing residential roofing activities. This was most recently observed at 5505 104th Ave Omaha, Nebraska 68107 on April 9, 2021 where the employer has employees re-roofing a residential home without fall protection where the ground to eave was approximately 13 feet 2 inches.
