29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about March 24, 2021 and at times prior thereto, Links Construction as the controlling employer of the jobsite did not ensure the employees of RM Masonry, subcontractor, were safe from health and safety hazards by using a competent person to inspect the scaffolding and ensure hazards were identified and mitigated before allowing the employees to continue to be exposed to the hazardous conditions.
