29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by ingoing nip points and rotating parts: (a) On or about March 30, 2021, and at times prior to that date, for the employees who were exposed to caught in hazards from the Universal Industries conveyor, model RBC18, where the lower belt guard was removed at 33602 Highway Two West in Berthold, North Dakota.
