29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1):Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not removed from service. All repairs shall be made by authorized personnel: Maintenance Garage - On or about 04/06/2021 and times thereafter, employees were allowed to continue to use the Clark Model 251C forklift after the fuel tank locating pin was noted as missing during preoperational inspections.
