29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1):If at any time a powered industrial truck is found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe, the truck shall be taken out of service until it has been restored to safe operating condition. The employer did not ensure that Load Hog 7 (7TB50-30357) was taken out of service after it was noted on the Electric Truck Operator's Daily Checklist that the strobe light was in need of repair, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
