29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required. 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about April 13, 2021 employees were not protected from a fall while walking- working from a front door overhang, exposing employees to a fall of approximately 10 feet.  Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about April 13, 2021 employees working at heights were unable to recognize and minimize fall hazards, exposing employee to a fall of approximately 10 feet.  Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
