29 CFR  1910.134(e)(7)(ii): Additional medical evaluations. At a minimum, the employer shall provide additional medical evaluations that comply with the requirements of this section if:  A PLHCP, supervisor, or the respirator program administrator informs the employer that an employee needs to be reevaluated:  a) On or April 15, 2021, an employee required to wear a 3M TR-600 Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) during parts cleaning and spray painting; and voluntarily wearing a 3M half-mask cartridge respirator while performing parts coating associated tasks did not have a current medical evaluation.  The employee had not been medically evaluated since his  October 20, 2017 two year Medical Determination for Respirator Certification lapsed on October 20, 2019.
