29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that, employees were exposed to struck by and/or caught in-between hazards from the winch control cable and trash disposal body: Location: 243 Bridge Street, Raynham, MA 02767: On or about 04/15/21, an employee was operating Mack truck with a McNeilus Trash Disposal body winch control cable which was set up differently from the other trucks . The employee's hand was caught and crushed between the steel cable and the trash disposal body which was open sustaining multiple injuries.
