The employees in the lift did not have harnesses with lanyards attached to the boom or basket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Employees were working from the porch roof with a fall height of approximately 12 feet. There were no fall protection measures in place. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
