29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by ingoing nip points, rotating parts: a) California Room: An employee's sustain an amputation while removing a piece of carboard that was stuck between the belt and the pully. The machine end guard was not in place the day of the accident resulting in an injury on or about 4/13/21.
