(b)  BRENNTAG NORTHEAST FACILITY, TANK FARM PROJECT - Brenntag Northeast LLC employee(s) performed maintenance on the piping systems in the tank farm project, and the employer had not developed energy control procedures for the various systems located in the tank farm project, on or about April 7, 2021.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.

The onsite employer had not provided the energy control procedures for the piping system to the outside contractor, nor had they requested the details of the outside employer's energy control program, on or about April 7, 2021.
