29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about 4/12/2021, employees from MJB Contractors, LLC were installing bracing on trusses and sheathing on the roof of a residence located on lot 297 on East Pine Creek Court in Wentzville, MO. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. The owner and two employees were observed working from the 6/12 pitched roof approximately eight to fourteen feet above the ground without fall protection.
