29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   A) 129 West Evesham Rd., Voorhees, NJ:  The employer failed to ensure that each employee assigned to perform roofing work on a residential home were protected by a fall protection system, while working on the exterior of the building exposed to fall of 20ft.   Condition observed on or about 16APR21.

29 CFR  1926.501(c):When employees were exposed to falling objects, the employer did not implement measures to prevent objects from falling from higher levels as set forth in (c)(1)-(3) of this section [1-Erect toeboards, screens, or guardrail systems to prevent objects from falling from higher levels; or 2-Erect a canopy structure; or 3-Barricade the area to which objects could fall, prevent employees from entering the barricaded area, and keep objects away from the edge of the higher level]:  A) 129 West Evesham Rd., Voorhees, NJ:  Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard(s) when working below roofing operations without head protection such as but not limited to: Hard Hats.  Conditions observed on or about 16APR21.
