Violation occurred on or about April 14, 2021.

29 CFR 1926.454(a):The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: a) Work site was located at 326 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Bayonne, NJ 07002. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty two feet to concrete below as they were not trained by a person qualified in fall protection to recognize the hazards of the work they were performing nor to understand the steps to take to eliminate those hazards. Violation was observed on or about April 14, 2021.

Violation was observed on or about April 14, 2021.
