Condition noted on or about 04/19/2021 JCA Home Improvement Corp was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1177969, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 09/29/2016 with respect to a work place located at 108 Milford Lane, Suffern, NY 10901.
