29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1):A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a)	Paint booth area:  On or about April 19, 2021 and at times prior to, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards from sanding, spray painting and gel coating work tasks and the employer did not ensure a written respiratory protection program to include annual fit tests, medical evaluations and training on respirators and respirator care, maintenance and storage  was in place for employees required to wear half mask respirators.
