Employees are exposed the hazard of  being struck by flying objects , while using air powered nail guns during framing activities on a residential home.  Neal J. Weaver DBA Dutch Heritage Construction and Grand Valley Carpentry was previously cite for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926. 102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1414186, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/04/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 8475 Eden Court, Streetsboro, OH 44241.  Neal J. Weaver DBA Dutch Heritage Construction and Grand Valley Carpentry was previously cite for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926. 102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1352142, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/21/2018, with respect to a workplace located at SL 22 Salt Creek Run, Peninsula, OH 44264.
