On or about April 19, 2021 and at times prior there to, the employer did not ensure that the batching area was equipped with signs posted with safety instructions for the safe lifting of totes containing dry ingredients.   Among other methods of feasible abatement and acceptable means of abatement would be to include the addition of signage to the batching area that includes specific language for the safe lifting of totes.
