On or about,  4/20/2021  in the big warehouse # 1 ,  the employer failed to bolt down storage racks  stacked with fishing merchandise  to the floor, exposing the employees to  struck-by and caught-in hazards when stacking and retrieving boxes and products.  b.) On or about,  4/20/2021  in the small warehouse # 2 ,  the employer failed to bolt down storage racks  stacked with boxed merchandise  to the floor, exposing the employees to  struck-by and caught-in hazards when stacking and retrieving boxes and products.  c.) On or about,  4/20/2021  in the warehouse where nets were stored ,  the employer failed to bolt down storage racks  stacked with fishing merchandise  to the floor, exposing the employees to  struck-by and caught-in hazards when stacking and retrieving boxes and products.  d.) On or about,  4/20/2021  in the new warehouse # 4 ,  the employer failed to bolt down storage racks to the floor, exposing the employees to  struck-by and caught-in hazards when stacking and retrieving boxes and products.

The top edge height may exceed 45 inches (114 cm), provided the guardrail system meets all other criteria of paragraph (b) of this section (see Figure D11 of this section).  a.)
