Maria Caguana Cela and Manuel Castro was previously cited for the same violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (13), which is contained in OSHA inspection number 1520554 citation number 2 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/28/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 148 Dalton Ave., Pittsfield, MA.  Manuel Castro was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) 13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1488278 citation number1 , item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/25/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 27 Cass Ave., West Springfield, MA.
