29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(2): Ladder was not maintained free of oil, grease, and other slipping hazards: On or about April 17, 2021, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while ascending a ladder that had not been kept free of slipping hazards, such as mud. D.R. Kidd Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1282495, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 29, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1501 W. US Hwy 290, Elgin, TX 78621.
