29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) On or about 4/20/2021 - new construction Racetrac-Chelsea, 15486 US Hwy 280, Chelsea, Alabama 35043, on the scaffold, subcontractor employees were exposed to fall from height while working from a scaffold platform because the employer did not inspect the worksite to ensure that the workers used fall protection equipment such as, but not limited to, railings.
