29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):Each authorized employee had not received training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) Maintenance Shop Landen LP9 Box Strapper; On or about April 19, 2021 and at times prior to Maintenance technician who perform set up on the Landen LP9 Box Strapper were not provided training on proper energy control methods and means for eliminating hazards, exposing employees to amputation hazards.
