29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. On the roof of a residence, at building number 3, located at or near 1381 Clyde Morris Boulevard in Daytona Beach, Florida; On or about April 21, 2021, the employer exposed subcontracted employees to 30-foot fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by subcontracted employees while performing roofing work.
