29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) West side, building 1: On or about April 21, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the unpaved ground below while framing near the edge of the building. b) West side, building 4: On or about April 21, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the unpaved ground below while installing floor trusses. c) West side, building 7: On or about June 11, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the unpaved ground below while installing floor trusses.
