29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  a. In an aerial lift, at building number 6, located at or near 1381 Clyde Morris Boulevard in Daytona Beach, Florida; On or about April 21, 2021, the employer exposed employees to 25-foot fall hazards, in that a body belt or a lanyard was not utilized by employees while performing painting work.
