29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Jobsite, residential structure addition to existing 2-story house: On or about 4/20/2021, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12-feet, while performing exterior framing on the second floor of a residential structure without any means of fall protection.
