29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a- Wall Between 13 & 15 Birdie Way, Lawrenceville NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 9 feet to the ground surface below when walking on top of cement divider wall without the use of fall protection.  Condition observed on or about 04/22/2021.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:   a- Wall Between 13 & 15 Birdie Way, Lawrenceville NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 9 feet to the ground surface below when using the fly section of a portable, aluminum, extension ladder to access the cement, basement floor of a residential structure.  Condition observed on or about 04/22/2021.
