29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) Building framing 6th floor:  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 30 to 60 feet while framing activities were taking place, without  the use of guard rail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system on or about 4/21/21.   Building framing 6th floor:  An employee fell from the 6th  floor to the 3rd floor courtyard while framing activities were taking place, Employee was allowed to work without the use of Guardrail system, safety net system  and personal fall arrest system, on or about 4/21/21.
