At a commercial worksite located at 201 E 6th St, Kearney MO -- employees performing roofing duties were not wearing safety glasses while operating staple and pnuematic nail guns. This was documented on or about 04/22/2021.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):At this job site, employees engaged in roofing activities on a low-sloped roof  (slope less than or equal to 4 in 12), with unprotected sides and edges, approximately 20 + ft. above the ground, without being protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system or warning line system and safety monitoring system.    At a commercial worksite located at 201 E 6th St, Kearney MO -- employees engaged in roofing activities were not using any sort of fall protection system. This exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 20 feet to ground level. This was documented on or about 04/22/2021.
