29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Villalta's Construction LLC temporary worksite located at 2212 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103: The employer did not ensure employees engaged in roofing activities were utilizing the fall protection system. Employees wore harnesses which were not connected to lanyards while working on a steep roof, thus exposing them to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet and above.
