29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Weber Enterprises, Inc. 312 Streamside Lane, Frisco, CO 80443: On and before April 20, 2021 the controlling and exposing employer did not ensure that each employee on the lower North side patio deck with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. This condition exposed employees and contractors to fall hazards. b) Weber Enterprises, Inc. 312 Streamside Lane, Frisco, CO 80443: On and before April 20, 2021 the controlling and exposing employer did not ensure that each employee on the upper North side patio deck with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
