Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 4/13/2021, employees of Quality Guttering Inc. were working on a group of residential buildings located at 123-125 Quail Run Circle, Moscow Mills, Missouri.  Employees were installing gutters approximately 10 feet above a lower level. Employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection.
