29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite-specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Erie Homes For Children And Adults, Inc, 4668 Tulane Avenue, Erie, PA- On or about April 22, 2021, and at times prior thereto: employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included all provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix). Employees were required to wear KN95 respirators throughout their shifts, for protection against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation. This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. IN ADDITION, abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic, or video evidence or abatement or other written records.
