29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: A) Cooking and Packaging Areas - On or about April 24, 2021 and thereafter, employees clean and sanitize the egg processing equipment. Employees had not been provided training on the hazardous chemicals they work with. Chemicals include but are not limited to Super Power Foam CL (AFCO 5339), bleach, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen.
