29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6):Scaffolds were not designed by a qualified person: (a) On or about April 07, 2021, for the employee exposed to fall hazards of up to 14 feet while installing soffit using a 12 foot wide personnel basket, that was attached to a LULL tele handler and exceeded the manufacturers specifications for platform design in the vicinity of 4081 Intrepid Circle, Bismarck, North Dakota.
