29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a.  On or about April 27, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations on the garage roof, eight (8) feet eleven (11) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  b.  On or about April 27, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations, eight (8) feet eleven (11) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  c.  On or about April 27, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations, thirteen (13) feet two (2) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  A.P.E.K. Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1428986, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 3, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 146 E. Adams St. in Manteno, Illinois.  A.P.E.K. Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1303390, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 12, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1051 E. Porter Ave. in Naperville, Illinois.
