29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to overturning equipment:  a. Site - On April 22, 2021 the Soilmec R930 drilling rig being used to drill holes for "King Piles" that were to be installed as part of a retaining wall system overturned when the operator was maneuvering the machine on grounds that exceeded the manufacturers maximum allowed ground gradient of 8 degrees. The ground/ cribbing mat combination in which the machine was maneuvering on was measured at up to a 25 degree incline.
