29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a.   On the second floor, at the elevator landing, at 22 Ocean Ridge Boulevard North in Palm Coast Florida:  On or about April 15, 2021, the employer exposed three drywall employees to a 19 feet fall hazard down the open elevator shaft, in that they were not protected by a fall protection system after removal of the guardrails by employees of C & K Drywall Services, Inc.  b.   On the third floor, at the elevator landing, at 22 Ocean Ridge Boulevard North in Palm Coast Florida:  On or about April 15, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed three C & K Drywall Services, Inc. drywall employees to a 29 feet fall hazard down the open elevator shaft, in that they were not protected by a fall protection system after removal of the guardrails by employees of C & K Drywall Services, Inc.  c. On the second floor, at the elevator landing, at 22 Ocean Ridge Boulevard North in Palm Coast Florida:  On or about April 15, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed three C & K Drywall, Inc. drywall employees to a 7 feet fall hazard over the top of the 2.2 feet high partial wall down to the steps of the main foyer stairs, in that not protected by a fall protection system and no top rail or baluster rail had been installed.
