29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) East side of the residential site: On or about February 26, 2021, and at times prior thereto, workers were operating a JLG telescopic boom lift model # 600S to move materials without training on its safe operation. b) West side of the residential site: On or about March 24, 2021, and at times prior thereto, workers were operating a JLG telescopic boom lift model # 600S to move materials without training on its safe operation.
