29 CFR 1910.107(l)(6): Electrostatic hand spraying equipment did not meet the provisions of 29 CFR 1910.107(i) and other subparagraphs of this paragraph when used in powder coating: On or about April 28, 2021, the electrostatic hand spraying equipment used for powder coating operations did not meet the provisions of 29 CFR 1910.107(i) in that the operator was not in intimate electrical contact with the grounded handle of the spray gun due to the wearing of gloves.
