29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 4/28/2021 employees at the Collimore Road roofing project were exposed to falls while engaged in roofing activities without fall protection in the following locations: A) Employees were exposed to approximately 10' falls while engaged in roofing activities from the 7:12 pitched front roof . The employees were not provided fall protection. B) Employees were exposed to approximately 18' falls while receiving roofing materials from the 3:12 pitched rear roof. The employees were not provided fall protection.
