29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:    On or about April 8, 2021, on site of a residential structure located at 36 NE 23rd Avenue in Pompano Beach, Florida, employees performing metal screen enclosure work were exposed to electrical shock and/or electrocution hazards when handling long sections of the metal frames in close proximity to energized and unguarded overhead power lines.
