29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 4/16/2021, at the Walmart Supercenter , located on 2150 Chili Avenue, in Rochester, New York, the employer did not enforce fall protection for employees working in the basket of an articulating boom aerial lift, while power washing an exterior wall. A harness with lanyard was not used to "tie off" to the boom basket and employees were exposed to falling 20 feet to lower levels. NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
