1926.502(b)(2) Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structural members shall be installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking/working surface when there is no wall or parapet wall at least 21 inches (53 cm) high. 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a) Job site, 500 Market Street, Kittanning, PA 16201: on or about April, 4th, 2021 employees were not protected from falling while working on a side bracket platform of a 30 foot tubular frame scaffold in order to paint the exterior of the Armstrong County Courthouse.
