29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:   a)  At 12050 Scenic Highway, Woodspring Suites, Pensacola, Florida:  On or about April 29, 2021 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to operate a Skyjack Aerial Lift without being tied off as required by the regulations exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 40 feet to the ground below.
