29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At 221 Mooney Road NE, Fort Walton Beach, Florida: On or about April 29, 2021 and a times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees tied off after setting up anchor points to install solar panels on a high pitch roof exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 21 feet 11 inches to the ground below.
