OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to : a) Work site was located at Bauer Field House, 511 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, NJ 07869 Worker was exposed to electrical hazards as the Skyjack SJIII-3219 they were working from to perform their duties had a platform (upper) control box with a bad cable that had no strain relief for the inner conductors to protect them from stress and chaffing. Violation was observed on or about April 27, 2021
