29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) C D G Framing at 23608 E Ida Dr. Aurora, CO 80016: On or before 4/30/21 the creating and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees engaged in framing a 3-story multi-family residence did not use fall protection. Employees walked the joists and in the trusses as well as worked along unprotected sides and edges without fall protection. These conditions exposed employees to fall hazard up to and including 30 feet onto concrete. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
