29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1):Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of ANSI B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care, and Protection of abrasive wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section: a) Work site was located at Bauer Field House, 511 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, NJ 07869 Two workers were exposed to struck by hazards as they worked with Makita and DeWalt grinders that were not guarded while installing equipment in the gymnasium. Violation was observed on or about April 27, 2021
